One of my keywords is permanently suspended and no one will be able to use that keyword to trigger ad anymore. That's exactly what I've been told in the email your specialist sent to me.

Of course I would rather believe your version of saying is correct, the suspension is temporary not permanent. So I guess I would put that keyword I've deleted back into my account and see what's gonna happen to it.
