Thanks. At least I figured out how to target sections and/or individual pages (sorta). I don't yet know if it's possible (or how to) target multiple sections or pages on any particular website. I'll have to experiment and see if adwords "takes" it.

It's really a pity the tool is so broken. The attractive thing about adwords is that it is possible to advertise without spending days and days upfront (at least for keywords). It's NOT possible to do so quickly with site targeting, and apart from my own frustration on the advertising end, google HAS to be leaving huge amounts of money on the table for itself because it's just plain difficult, time consuming and frustrating to run site targeted campaigns.
