1. Scripts/Codes/Programs that were built for API can be still used with minor modifications. 2. No more API quota! I don't know about you guys, but I used up my entire API quota this January in only three days. Umm those are the only ones on top of my head right now. FOr me, the most important thing is the API quota, I guess.
Google API calls should also work with this. Like we just change API url to our localhost and voila. (If they can't do that, then they must allow the Adwords Editor to handle scripts so that bulk change that can be done thru API can be done in it too.)
