That's a tough situation. Other than trying harder to get the code in, I think your second idea makes more sense- don't really understand the first one. But I wonder if pausing campaigns after a wk will cause a problem- you know how they have to ramp up to stable CTR to stabilize CPC... will that reset if you pause it for too long?
