But AWA ,when a keyword have 11.8% CTR its hard to argue that the ad is not performing well :) .

IMHO the current algo place too much emphasis on the global CTR thus punishing smart advertisers who can produce good CTR with better relevant ad copy .Hopefully this changes with the new algo!
