This feature is by a mass invite that went out last night / this morning. I've heard that the feature will become widely available some time in the very near future. Maybe Google will unveil it officially at the conference next week?
Like whoop01 asks, is this feature again only available to a select group because I am seeing no options to create a Site Targeted ad? I would like to try!
