Page is a not externally linkable

Evidently I was away from my desk during the hour or so during which this occurred. Is anyone still having a similar problem? AWA
Just tried to login to my US adwords account and IE just sits there. The login page itself comes up fast but I can't login. Anyone else having the same problem?
