Stevenmusumeche, there's nothing new on this front so far as I'm aware. I'll check into it further tomorrow, though, to see if I've missed something.
As I recall, clicking the logo has, for many, many months, taken users to a page which explains how we track (and which also has a link to provide feedback). I'll have to dig for a date, and will work on that tomorrow.
In the meantime, lots of info about the feedback component is available in the AdWords Help Center, here:
You'll only see the text box if you clicked on your ad in the past 30 days, and then navigated to the conversion page. Otherwise it won't show. If memory serves, this change and the addition of a feedback link occurred at the same time.
