my ad was rejected because i used "online" in the title. although i guess i can (kinda) see why - alright, i really can't - shouldn't this sort of thing be reviewed on a case by case basis rather than a blanket policy? i happen to provide a service which is unique in the fact that it IS online rather than the face-to-face manner it's been conventionally conducted. is this matter subject to appeal with google at all? or am i stuck?
