There is one ad per url allowed, so whoever has the
best ad rank with Google will have their ad showing.
When using the hoplink, it redirects to the
merchants domain, so the display domain would be the
same as the merchants domain. The display url must
match the domain that the visitor actually ends up
at, not necessarily the destination url.
