For most keywords and products a position between 2 and 3 would be a good range. But there is no general rule: It depends on your market niche.

You can select the language and the area: If you advertise in Russia you would get many clicks, if your ad text is in Russian language. However the conversion to sales will be poor, if the webside is in English: Users will click and leave the landing-page, not buying.
