Hi,
I am new, ever used adwords before.
I have just configured a campaign and it is live.
First I would like to know if the ads displayed on the right give good results, I ever clic on those.

Second I would like to know how to get the ad on the top of the organic listing. I suppose that depends on who pay most or is it quality based?
I did have one search on top, but the other for keywords with more importance I only get on right side.

Third, is it better to do many keywords with low click cost than general?

or
whatever city
obvoiosly whatever city is more expensive.
