My rep gave me a tech number to call and they confirmed that there has been a reporting delay that has impacted some of their clients. They believed that the issue has been resolved but because of the date range suspects it's that issue. 10 day outage of conversion data is pretty significant. I suggest that you ask your rep to escalate the issue -- as the person I spoke with said they needed to do.
