Google ignores match types on the Display Network.

You can exclude sites or pages within a site that are not a good match by visiting the Display Network tab and reviewing the auto or managed placements your ads are being served on (Use the See URL list feature). If you identify pages that are not a good fit exclude them on the spot. You can also use the site and category exclusion tool at the bottom of the Display Network page.
