Actually I don't think I would need to access the keyword ID via ValueTrack because I could use keyword level URLs and write the keyword ID there myself.

Does {keyword} return the keyword the user entered or the keyword I defined? If it returns the keyword I defined and it was an exact match, is the value of {keyword} equal to "[keyword]" with the brackets?
