This probably explains why you never hear of lawsuits against Google for unjustified adwords ban.

If you did no evil; Google will reverse the ban for life.

Otherwise a court case would go like this.

Judge: Why was the plaintiff banned from Google
Google: It's our policy not to discuss why advertisers were banned.
Judge: I find for the plaintiff, reinstate the advertiser and pay all damages from lost of revenue.

Rinse and Repeat: until you get to the supreme court
