There is probably something in the TOS that says you have to give them money periodically, or else. Maybe not worded exactly like that.

maybe you had an expired credit card on file with them? Maybe you owed them a little money and when they ran the card, it was declined?

I am just throwing this out there. Hopefully someone else can chime in.
