That's true! Rep I first talked to wanted to follow up with me by phone in a few days. Wow!
I remember the late 90s when you'd call Network Solutions and spend an hour on hold in HOPES of reaching a thick-accented service person about an error THEY made.
Bing does customer service very well. They almost seem too eager to help. I'm waiting for an up-sell attempt... like gushy Best Buy clerks when they haven't hit their maintenance contract sales quota :)
