Interesting. I was just doing gambling keyword research today while logged in to the verified Adwords account, tediously one keyphrase at a time.

And 20 minutes ago the Keyword Tool started to return multiple suggestions like before. Half and hour ago it was returning only what I had searched for.

I tested the Adwords Keyword Tool while not logged in to the Adwords account, and that still has the same problem and only returns one result.

Looks like Google fixed the tool for Adwords accounts who are verified for gambling ads.
