Hello,

I would like to manage re targeting by myself and not thru a 3rd party company that charges tons of money for it, and I would like to display flash ads that will show last viewed items to the retargeted customers. This is a little complex for me to figure it out by myself.

Does anybody know a freelance person who could help me setup such ads with a one time fee?
