What I understand from the eWhisper post is that it's still one ad per affilliate including parent company.

will previous adrank/cpc/ctr etc remain, or is it a fresh start, so cpc prices will completely change?

CPC pricces may not change if they keep all the lower ranking ads with same affilate on active but on hold status.
