i checked my adwords account last month was going to run some campaigns I ran last year in November and December and just found it so confusing with all the changes decided to not bother and started up a facebook campaign, few small local businesses I helped last year same thing, they were looking to me for help and I had to say no, I am sure for some it must be better but for others just a plain old mess seems like spaghetti in never ending loop.

Also came up during last local Chamber meeting they all seemed to go back to traditional advertising newspapers and radio so maybe not just me
