Unfortunately they are so focused on acquiring new business (blanketing the earth with $100 vouchers - which have become the AOL disks of the 21st century) that they are stupidly neglecting their existing base. Things like support being blown off to user forums, features that don't enhance but get in the way, adding things most people don't want and not improving the things they do. It's pretty near a crime in my book allowing Joe User to sign up and try to use the current product as it stands today.
But it's what we're stuck with.
