Let non-Geico advertisers set their ads for those other search terms then. It is IRRELEVANT for their ad to appear in a search for Geico. So, anyone praising this single part of the lawsuit is praising the lies of G$ to allow IRRELEVANT ads in contradiction of the AdWords TOS. G$ bragging about this molehill "victory" is actually their bragging that they allow IRRELEVANT ads.
