You can try a reverse IP lookup to see where the IP is registered to.

Like others have said, if you are staying at a major resot (Beaches, Sandals, Couples, etc.) you most likely have a US IP.

You can find your public IP address at: do a search for something like "what is my ip" ;) and you should be able to find out what the public IP of your resort.

Also, you're in Jamaica...
