If you use Traffic202 or Prosper202 you will be able to setup a landing page that redirects to the person you wish to send it too. But you will be able to Hide the Referer.

example: google -> prosper202 page (does magic) -> client site.

You have to put the client landing page as your display URL in google and put your custom prosper 202 url as the URL to send the ad too.
