I'm new at this and just got my first client who has a list of over 300 keywords and I just put them into groups based on the alphabet. He sells home windows so it would go; home window dealer, home window replacement, home window installers, then, replace window, replacement window dealer, replace your windows, then, window dealer, window instillation, window installers, etc.

Ad groups; home, replace, window

I can then write ads based on the keywords and know where they are. I may be missing something but it is working for me.
