Flanker you must not know what it does. There are a lot of new features that are worth it. It is not just change for changes sake. Many of these are features that we already enjoy in adwords editor. People requested these features.

1. Change bids without going to another page
2. Copy and paste ads between ad groups
3. Graphs without having to go to another page
4. Help search box on every page
