I have less than a 30% overlap in KWs that work in Adwords versus Yahoo Panama. Meaning, Yahoo user base and google user base (including their networks) are different. Showing G ands to Y users or vice versa will lower my ROI. I would be OK with this change ONLY IF GOOGLE STARTS SUPPORTING A DOMAIN EXCLUSION IN ADWORDS just like they offer for content...
