AWA, I realize you plan to update us when things are resolved. But do you have any idea when that will be?

So, I've learned over the years never to mention actual dates in cases such as this, because, when I do, it tends to take on the aura of a commitment - which is something that I can't make (not being in charge of all the variables at play).

And, I've been wrong more than once in the past when I've gone out on a limb with a 'best guess' - and I do so hate to be wrong in front of potentially thousands of people. ;)

Now, with those disclaimers out of the way - my hope is that this will be resolved either later today or tomorrow.

In all seriousness, I do sincerely apologize that this has been quite some time in getting resolved. Your collective patience has been (and is still) very much appreciated.
