As much as I apprecite the suggestion of using the Ad preview tool, this doesn't explain why either:

a) keywords that sat number 1 with great quality score and £0.03 minimum bid suddenly dropped to the bottom of page 3 or 4 overnight.

b) the error message mentions anything to do with targeting
