Am I just extremely unobservant or is this report new?

UPDATE: I think this report is new as the description of the report in Adwords help says the data is from May 2, 2007 onward

Also interesting is that not all keywords people search on are shown for "queries that don't meet our privacy and volume requirements".

I wonder what "privacy" requirements are.
