I think many people won't even notice the change. Many don't even know that the blue area was paid for ads. The only thing is that the yellow blends in more. My only fear is it will play into the hands of telesales companies who phone out of the blue offering to "get you to number one in Google" ie for a short while they'll pay for adwords for your site!
