Does anyone know the maximum limit for pasting new keywords into AE?

Any way to set up campaigns and adgroups along with the keywords as a simple import of data? I have looked around but it looks to me like I have to set up Campaign 1, 2 3 etc, pre-populate with adgroups then paste in keywords.

Did I miss any short cuts?
