here are some facts straight from googles own statistics

it clearly show something happened in january
They claimed I re-enabled the account in august (I was interstate attending to my dying mother around that time)

So what happened in january?
and I found out they owed me money, now they claim I owe them?

I originally stopped the account because I went from a 40% return on investment to nil. I was convinced and still am that I was the subject of either click fraud or deliberate click manipulation by competitors.
