What would be interesting to see with bulk upload is if I can do this to manage my accounts.

1. Download my reports into excel.
2. Import the ROI/conversion info from my tracking program.
3. Sort the keywords by ROI/Conversions.
4. Delete/reorganize/add keywords as necessary.
5. Cut/paste what is necessary into the bulk upload form.
6. Reupload my new keywords/groups/etc

That would be much quicker than looking at all the adgroups individually for large accounts.
