Its the judge saying hes all very happy the two parties have come to an agreement.

An agreement that surprises me a bit because the judge uses the phrase "with prejudice" against the claimants.

No doubt Google settled to avoid any proprietory info coming up in discovery, and to innoculate themselves against further claims.
