I can't afford Google Adwords. The wierd things is, my site suddenly showed up in Google search results.

As to being able to afford AdWords: I'd guess that most folks, as they are learning the system, probably go through a period in which they are spending more than they're making. For some, this period will be really short, and for others much longer. And,yes, for some it will never end.

I'd say, though, based on speaking with advertisers every day for the past two years, that most folks end up making more than they are spending. Which is, after all, the whole point. And why so many on this forum - quite rightly - say it is all about ROI!
