BetaChat, the change will not effect the CTR, but until the ad is reviewed again, it will not show up on partner sites such as AOL or Adsense sites. Once the changed ad has been approved, your impressions / clicks should return to normal. Since there was a holiday weekend, some of the reveiewers probably took an extra day or so off which is probably slowing reviews down
