If the KW appears anywhere in your account, then the ctr data for that kw is not reset. This is only if that KW has a lower CTR than the average of your competitors combined for that exact keyword that you would do this for.

If you're trying to bid $14 for [widget colours], then you would not have to delete "widget colours" or [pink widget colours] as they are all different keywords.
