Who needs a toolbar for firefox anyway when you already have the little search box in the upper right (which can switch to other search engines in 2 clicks) and the PR bar in the lower right (Goolge Pagerank Status extension)?

Well, that's true with this crowd, but there are Firefox users out there who are not webmasters/SEOs who just want the highlighting, and other bells and whistles that come with the Toolbar.

And they want all their ISBN numbers hyperlinked to Amazon.
