robobat are you serios? You've never seen a PR change? How many sites do you monitor and for how long?

PR shown in the toolbar is not so important. Besides PR does not change with every new link, or with every site update. Google does Toolbar PR updates only once in a while. But it recalculates internal PR more often. Thus you can see some pages go higher with lower Toolbar PR. Toolbar may show PR5, but the actual PR for the page is already PR6, it just has not been officially updated yet.
