Make it involve something like, the more action of some type or friends you get, the better something else works or happens, or the more famous you become.

The problems with everyone getting their 15 minutes of fame, are:
1). when your 15 minutes are up, you become more pathetic, (ask Red Sox Manager Terry Francona or Hank williams Jr. about this next week)
2). Mathematically, if everyone is entitled to 15 minutes of fame, and the average person sleeps 8 hours a night -- that leave only 63 people who can worship you during those 15 minutes -- and you in turn must give worship to 63 others, every day for 15 hours and 45 minutes, (math is 16 hours, divided by 15 minutes of fame = 64, then subtract yourself from the equation when you are in the spotlight).
3). Monetization.
