We run our business on the Google suite of products; mail, docs, calendar, etc. Ever since this new Google Docs update, I cannot for the life of me, open the documents shared with me by one of our content writers. He is the owner of the file, I am allowed to edit according to the sharing settings. In chrome, firefox, and now IE (which seemed to work at the end of the day yesterday) it always wants to open the document in a new tab (new window in IE) and seems to drop the cookie, reverting me to the login. At this same time, it seems to revert me from docs.ourcompanyname.com to straight docs.google.com login. At this login it will not recognize my work email and password. I've reset the pw, cleared cookies, tried all browsers on my comp and nothing works. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?
Using my personal gmail email address, I can view personal docs fine. Seems to be something with the business, non @gmail.com address.
