A dare say it is impossible to get a decent ranking for 50 or more terms and phrases on one page. Try optimizing for not more than one or two phrases per page.
You will drive yourself mad hand-optimizing for 2000 terms. Consider implementing a dynamically driven site with unique content for all 2000 terms -
