While not something any site owner likes to see, it's unlikely that Amazon has targeted you specifically. More likely, you've appeared on a keyword list that Amazon has paid for or otherwise acquired, and this has been built into their marketing campaigns. It's in the same vein as Ebay often get called out for generated ad text that - without vetting - can be silly or inappropriate.

The other possibility is that this might be the activity of a marketplace seller.
