Tons of thanks for that detailed reply. Good that I got these facts when my site in its infancy.

Also if you could help me more, can you tell me a good keyword density that might not be penalised as keyword stuffing.

My site has keyword density for desired keywords as high as 2.6%. Is it ok or should I have to make it come down a bit.

Could you please help me on this.
