Yep, trying using Google insights to compare search volumes for your keywords. I can't post the URL, but if you search for Google Insights you'll find it.

Compare the keywords you think best describe your site with variations to see which generate the most traffic.

If you search for the term 'keyword analysis' you'll also see some other tools that you can use free.

The purpose of analysis is to get a happy balance between descriptive keywords and keywords that will generate traffic.
