Personally, I would not repeat the keywords within headings purely for supposed SEO benefit. I imagine you're targeting Google, which is pretty refined in how it interprets keyword use, and often will not respond well to brute force techniques. As an aside, I personally think headings are somewhat over-rated in SEO circles. Most sites don't even use them at all, so it makes no sense to regard them as any kind of silver bullet for keyword theming. Of course, using meaningful HTML is still a highly recommended practice, but don't get hung up on the idea that you need to keep using keywords in particular tags and that's the route to get rankings.
