I think there are differences between them. I think it does make a big difference but if someone searches jobs in industry and you have job industry, then google will place jobs in industry first.

But it may also affect how well your keywords and meta description organized and relevant.

In organic search, it does not matte too much and most things depend on the ranking relevancy.
